This city has been through the rough times. Many times people with different alignments and beliefs had to unite under a common purpose, to survive in this city and develop it. We have always understood and respected the Order for the job that they had to carry on there shoulders. From our side we tried to fill the city with contests, gave people the valuable source of information, tried to attract more people to this game and so on. During the whole history of New Cap there were many cases when GODS had to cooperate with paladins under the common purpose. We did not sign any agreements but both sides supported each other for the good general being of the city itself. One of those co-op projects was the anti-jackal Sheriff organization which was formed from people with both alignments. At that time to provide the good working conditions and better game play we’ve reached an unwritten agreement which said that paladins and darks would not attack each other, would not interfere in fight on the side of the jackal or would not interfere in the fight when the battle was against any person from the black list of both clans.

Since then this rule was added to the regulation of our clan, and each individual person from our uniform clan, GODS and Killua, had to follow that rule. Maybe this sounds fondly, but we believed that this city had too many problems, too many unfinished things to do, too many work undone to stir each other up.

Fight club is a game of nerves. In this place no one is holly. And we recognize that our clan members showed weaknesses and showed there temper, due to provocations. We always looked at each case and guilty people were warned or were dismissed from our clan. There were paladins’ actions that we didn’t like also. But we never started a war and always tried to use the diplomatic approach, because we still believed in coexistence. New Cap is a small city. In Order we found many of our friends with whom we did not want to mess up our relationships because of simple misunderstanding or some basic human weaknesses.

Many times on this city’s timeline GODS had a bigger military power. But we never used it to kill people who do their job to fill their loneliness. Times change….from a small unit of moderators (Do you remember crisis during the beginning of the year?), which supported law and order, Order became the powerful combat system, spreading law, order, there understanding of alignments, and other democracy by force. They do not need to follow any moral codes before “not light” any more, because promises that are given to erroneous people are not considered as an obligation and are not required for implementation. With their power they can run everyone over and they obviously couldn’t find a better enemy for there slaughter than people with other alignments. Well it is apparently logical. But one thing that we want to hear is the clear position of the Order. We are tired of provocations, of change in sense of the agreement, just because someone want that or neglect the agreement at all. We are tired of indulgent tone of some of Order’s members who are doing the kind thing by not attacking us 50 times per week. We are tired of attacks with comments of “just 4 fun” from Order of paladins, in which most members are bored bosses, while we dismiss people because of far more reasonable attacks. We could no longer accept the agreement as active, which is accepted by the other side as of some kind of boring joke, which stands on their way to get more exp. We release paladins from there grudge and need of provocation of conflicts. We do mistakes. Paladins do mistakes. Very often they are done by the regular members of the certain clan followed by their momentary emotions and misunderstandings. But when the infringements are done by the people which hold relatively high positions in the moderation system we recognize it as an official response. Further tries to keep good relations with moderators, with such attitude of moderators themselves would be humiliating for us, that is why we declare that we terminate all agreements with Order of the “Goods” We do not fly in clouds and understand the fighting superiority of the administrative agents. We already know which part of the scale would be heavier. We do not have artifacts, no one provided us with free abilities of Bloody attacks. We do not ask for them. We chose our alignment and we know all pros and cons of it. But we do not like when someone without a ground tries to cut our free air off in the free game space, while telling everyone that we should be killed only because we have a picture of different color next to our names. We do not have the ability to punish paladins for all sins that they’ve done, nobody gave us the right to bring democracy for all people, we do not have the support of the crowd, which is sure that by definition Light is good and Dark is bad. But we have our website and our dark prides which cannot let us be treated like Order treats us now. That is why we accept all consequences of publicizing of this statement.

In Order there were and still are people who we like and of course this statement is not targeted to offend them. But until people in high ranks with the behavior that we cannot accept are doing what they are doing now and getting high public support, we can not think of Order as a friendly or even neutral system to us.
