Ole Lukoje is saying that GODS and Killua are being attacked by Paladins way too often and consider that to be an act of agression.

Therefore, GODS terminate all their agreements with the Order of Light and "can not think of Order as a friendly or even neutral system to us." - whatever that means.

Is war going to break out? I'd better stockpile beer and pretzels.
