Common > Problem with cyrillic

Hey guys, I've got a real annoying problem over here. I can type cyrillic in chat, but once I send it, it turns into something garbled. It works everywhere, but chat. So I can't PM anybody with cyrillic characters in their nicknames. Anybody with same kind of problem?
