It would be correct to state it became terrible when capitalism came to Russia...
besides no need to take NC as example as the whole FC is commercial project and should be treated as that. Those smart people from the West taught Russians how to drive business. Once this city seemed to have brilliant future in perspective but as time went by one had to realize it wouldnt have future at all.

The whole system is drove by a crude nationalistic bent, the wild east, Newcapital been another product of that. If combats.com is based on the Canary Islands, at least get someone from there, who couldn't give a flying shit about Russia and it's internal paranoia, to engineer the game.
