I think that the newcap lost his popularity because of lack of caves... cause this version of CF (lets call it v2.0 ) is really interesting... And Id like to play in it with great pleasure, and I know, a lot of payers are deal with me...
try to write down to admins to give you maybe some portal to caves, as it was in RU* version in CF v2.0 in moon. I know that admins will not listen me, but you can try it...

I think that would be a bit difficult, unless that village would only be accessable by the english speaking people (who pass an online test maybe?) cause otherwise all the russianspeakers would just move in and then anybody who doesn't speak english would lose any apeal left for this game.
