Its just admins must mate .RU servers to be avaliable on translate ... aka
Whenever you enter the server u play on a language of your chose.
This way every member from NC can play on RU servers and talk to others on english, or Russian cuz 70% are already russians xD
And just to track them easier, make their names in chat black or give a sign infront of the name or something like that.

Well most of people I know in New Capital used to play here not just to play, but because of the company and interactions you have with others while playing, seeing a chat full of russians talking (and i've once seen how your chats look) and just flooding the chat would probably just dissapoint most of the people from NC rather than making them happy and they would never go back.

And anyway personally I don't believe anything is gonna be done to this project.
The Era of web browser based simple games like this is coming to an end, admins are just trying to get the last coins from players in RU until they will see that it's not worth running the project and will try to sell it, if no buyer will be found, they will just turn off the servers and sell them in a second hand shop for 25 cr a piece :D
