Dark ones of New Cap propose several simple rules on increasing interest to the FC.

1. We don't bite in 300% exp period (till end of 20th of Marsh) at all.
2. After that we bite only 1 time before joining the fight.
3. We preferrably bite 6-7-8 levels.
4. If someone wants to be safe at night go to the Secret room. There won't be no attacks of biting due to old tradition of Russian FC.
5. Period of action is 2 weeks, we understand that complaints from players will be anyway, because maybe some vamps have a right think different way.
