This post is done for one purpose and one purpose only: To make a stop to the current unfriendly atmosphere in NewCapital.

Please respect that this is a clan matter and should only be handled by the heads/leaders of the different guilds. I am asking all other, than the ones mentioned by name below, to keep their breath and if necessary, make a different topic to discuss this one.

The responsible ones for each guild are to read this suggestion and sign when they have read it together with their comments. Try to see the big picture instead of particular players/fights as we are discussing something crucial here.

“Okay, you got our attention, what you want?”
This is a extremely important matter so I am grateful for your time.
All of you are respected players and role models within your guilds. You are what most people wishes to become so your actions, words and even your thoughts have importance. Now I ask of you all to act for the greater good and once again take responsibility for our beloved town.
We need to find an agreement on how to end doing certain things.
We need to unite and say that we no longer find it suitable behaviour to cripple and use bloody attacks on each other.

Our town is smaller than ever, by hurting others, we end up hurting our selves.
I hope that you are able to make a distance and contemplate this matter for a while – You will see that this kind of behaviour isn’t suited for our town at this point.
Cripple manouver and Bloody attacks are game possibilities, sure they are but don’t you think that it’s more likely created for the other towns with population higher than 30 people online.

I believe that you will have some trouble convincing some of your members that this is the right thing to do – but that is why You are the leaders, You are the wise ones able to see the bigger picture and the greater good of different actions. So I ask of you – please sign this treaty and let’s make this city even better than it ever was – Together we can do wonders.

nice try penz i wont comment it mate but i have only 3 words this will never be signed by gods and killua ...end of story ...no mercy for the weak no reaspect for the strongest this city doesnt need this peace and this staf cause by doing this it will bring the end of the story of new cap check the logs of the fights in all of them there was much more people online then ever....this gives an interest to the players everyone of them is here and most of them 9 lvl what is the damn interest to get 10 million exp this is a good joke fo our city ..., and it is a total crap ...
if the war stops the city will be finished most of us will be ghost of the past...
searching of dead memories of it ...there is no curse in this damn village and nothing to say about it ...when a certain post of a palladin can change the possibility of a game play well guess what we wont sit and look how the damn admins make our game even worse ...nako wrote there is no garlic in the shops and the pathetic noobs switch off our ability it is the 2 cond whitch they took out of us whats the point being a vampire if i dont have any of my abilities ??/ and in order to have them have to find a back door to their ignorance and noobish programmist department..
a game full of bugs and when you tell to the only admin in this village who is just a server technician and not a normal admin he tells i ll give it to our programmist department and so what ? most of the people inside here lost a year ago items during transfer they are notifing the programmist department ...in such a game in such an ignorance the only thing left to do is obvious make a war and try to grap some interest....and the other option is to find a damn way to open a teleportation ourselves and nail this game for sure then.......if you manage to do that then here will be a change we ll have a better place to play with far more possibilities then this ones....

READ THAT   carefully i just wrote something that conserns me and not my whole guild things i write is what i believe...

war is fun of 9 levels. but population is a problem of low levels

10 injuries dont have the same effect as 1 unfair silence spell.

let pals be fair for themselves and for noobs, that will raise population

But after all, i think Penzoil has a good point. It's fun to have war but its going to be worse if there an't mux ppl interested in playing this game in this town. Maybe a little distribution like " kingstar is not going to drink energy of newbies" would help the town grows bigger ? :). You can see everything with ur eyes but it can't see itself " except u have a mirror in front of u". So behave urself in a proper manner :D. "i'm not talking in private". but Give ppl some respect and you will recieve the same thing from them.

A big thank to all. Seems like we don't quite share the same point of vue when it comes to certain things and thats always a good thing, different aspects gives a wider picture.

There has been a proof of will to change the present, for that I thank the RMercs.
