Dear lvls [5]!

As some of you already noticed, it is impossible to get lvl [6] after the Update. The problem is that in russian cities you have to do a quest and get a crystal which is impossible in NC. The Administration is informed about the problem and it has to be fixed soon.

Did they said that they need to fix it at all ? Doubt that they even remmber about this city. It was lost and will be lost !
