Items were forbidden due to some problems with transfers. Now it's ok.

Administration of FC says nothing about it. We can not prohibit you getting them.

Pay attention:

1. All those people sending your items will be checked. If it appears that you get items from your mult - both chars will be punished.
2. There are transfers limits. If you violate them - you will be punished. That concerns both parties of transfers. Punishments will follow without warnings.
3. As there is no decision of administration -   i do not garantee that they won't take it as a bug and punish you.
4. You are to report a nick of the Ru players who sends you items immediately after the request of a paladin.

How to buy russian items for ECRs

You can buy ECRs for a russian char and he can buy and send you items you need per post. If you want that this sum is not counted to your balance, you have to do the following:

1. Create a topic in "Deals" (you need only one for your character)
2. Write the nick of the russian character you make a deal with.
3. Write date when he got and exchanged ECRs (note that the whole sum for your items should be exchanged on that day)
4. Write list of the items you got (with prices)
5. Find a white paladin or above who will sign your deal by posting there all transfers.
6. Put the link with your ECRs topic to your info.
7. Enjoy the game wearing your pants.

nope, it's technically impossible. Only transfers through the shop work.
