if you won in tournament,then u get + 1 in wins?!

You get +1 in wins for every fight you won. As there are many fights during ToD tournament (look tournament histories for logs), you can get some wins, you don't even have to win a tournament for it. But you can also win a tournament without participating in any fights, in this case you get exp but no point in wins/loses statistics.
