Since  6 th June only following wooden fights are allowed:
The one who creates it MUST put "my level +- 1" or "my level only" limitation for opponents.

if only for opponents than groups as for example 2-21 x99 vs. 5-7 x1 are allowed cuz it said you must put "my level +-1" only for the opponents

You are right =))) If lvl 8 creates a fight for 2-21 on his side and a lvl 8+- on the opponents side and on his side 99 fighters and on opponents 1 or 2 then it's not cheating =))))

And it's only for wooden fights, nothing said about full set fights =)
