no.. I'm not talking bout Penny when he has arts.. I am talking about a new TOURNAMENT, and no.. it's not like Penny's inqusitor chalange.. this will not test ur skills but ur Strength!
First rule: Penny! U cannot change ur stats, put on ur arts and join, there can't be a single person that is abled to kill everyone ;)
It's like that: this tournament will be like a football league.. it means that anyone can register, I will arrange the first fight that will determen who's in and who's out, so I geuss that if you're bellow level 8 trying to be accepted will be useless.. then there will be a list of players that are in and a list of battles to be made, lossers are out and winners are advanced, lossing twise againts someone kicks u out of the tournament, anyone can wear anything, using of potions and mercs are not allowed.
The last to stand will be the winner and will be declared (I'll make sure a pal will do it) the strongest fighter in NC atm.

Discrimination of lower levels. You could do the same, with the other levels too. So they could be crowned the strongest fighters of their lvl in FC :)
