I is you legal right to attack, silance or even cripple those u are at war with, as long as u buy regular scrolls and have adequit stats to use them.

Yes, GODS have dark allignment and they can bite anyone when they have a chance to. But I have a chance to buy any NewCap scroll I am capable of using and use it as it would please me most.

So, in fact I m not making any rules at all: I just say that the one that messes with my friends and my personal interests will mess with me. And I'll do my best to make sure it wont be any comfortable and will use all the stock FC shops can provide me with to do this.

U are right it is not forbidden as long as one has adequit stats to use them.. But then again ... how ca one prove that?

Besides, Dark Attack (inflicting unhealable injury) is not available to any paladin as a part of their powers. It can be bought only in Wizard's Shop.

But atm we are not discussing dark attacks of other stuff like that, right? What we talk about is using of game features by different players. So, if some of the respected players of NewCap decide to use legal game features against my ToD crew one more time, he'll get and adequit response with game features, too.

I do not know anything about the reasons that made Terex attacked you. I'm not Terex and cant speak for him.

But if u have any question adressed to ME concerning the way i use my scrolls and my powers - u r free to ask any.

1st of all i know that u are not bullshiting
2nd transaction report saying u've bought a spell doesn't necesarry means u have used it
3rd. wasn't speaking necesarry about dark attack(didn't even knew u were talking about that) was talking about other features that paldins have..that are similar to game features and since there's no sistem message telling if it was feature or ability... especially when it is beeing used for personal purpose
4th. as long as one uses game features to respond to other's use of game future i don't have any problem
5th. maybe u are right ... maybe u are not the person to talk to about this... but then again .. noone seems to care about it

here will be not peace about attacks till we will not have system in ru when after attacking people there is show was it ability from place in the city , scrools or paladins ability. so you can tell about scrools and we can trust you but scrools dont work wit h0 intelect.

and for reason he attacked me was that i was using all my timeout alowed in battle to do my move. I have seen that other players do it too - use all 3 mins (for example) to make a move. and there was no such a punishments for attacks. and i have a screen with an menace from terex taht he will attack everyone who will use his timeout in battle. it is not forbidden in any FC rule!

Enlightened and me will start using dark attacks for those who bite in TOD before its start.
