FC has no good reputation from rus BK. That's why many people don't like it. Fist it must be a spending time game, but not a commersial project.
Than russian FC players must be allowed to visit Mooncity, it will be good for developing the city.

And of course do not block too much people, it's my 12s char.

NC can't grow, cos it's one city. If we make 2 cities and transport between, it'll be better and bring the interest. Traiding will grow.
