as i am sure you all know, that ncc is known as the pal. city becouse exept for our guest Tarman "White_Coat" we have all pals. we need more Tarmans in this city!!

I address this to Dustman, or who ever the hell runs the Tarmans guild, so that they may contact us, and choose among us, who to be a Tarman, i wish to be a Tarman (though i have not met the level standards) i only wish to make this game a better place, so i will stop seeing posts about how boring this game is, or posts telling people that they are leaveing and never comeing back.... so if you have any Tarman interests, then sighn here, and i am sure a Tarman will bring news of some one worthy enough.....

I for one want to be a Tarman (thoguh i have not met level standards)

and you must also post why you want to be a Tarman....
