yes, i do speak russian, but that is not the reason for me to play in russian version.  Yes, this version is created for english-speaking players, but to have 100 % of players who speak english fluently is not possible because world is not ideal. Only physics has the concept of ideal cases and for only one reason- to make life simpler.And look at it this way: someone grew up in south america and they know english same way as a graduate of russian high school. So, does it make any difference if it's russian or brazilian who speaks the same level of english play the game? Many ppl here r native russians or from former republics of the ussr who want a challange- to exist in english-speaking version. Someone just does it for fun( ususally does everything silently and it is impossible to get a single word out of them) someone wants to see how well they know english (some kind of simulator of real life test of knoweledge of english), someone wants to improve their english.  There are ppl here that speak FLUENTLY  both english and russian and if you were to hear them in chat or on forum only u'd guess that they were native speakers.  The fact that russian-speaking ppl play this game doesn't influence the number of players that currently play or will play.

Absolutely right! I see nothing against russians or people from the former republics of the ussr playing in here. I guess this is all good, as long as these folks obey the rules and speak any sort of english. I see nothing against these people speaking a very clumsy english too. And you are right again saying that there are heaps of foreigners (and by this word I mean those who don't speak any russian) speaking an indermediate level of english. But its not exactly the point of our discussion. Where are these foreigners? Where are these people for whome this game would be a place to have fun but not a simulator of real life test of knoweledge of english? These are basically the people this game was created for!

As a native English speaker, I have never thought of this as an English FC, but rather as an international FC. This is a virtual place, a place outside Earth's national boundaries. For this place to really work, we need people who love it. There are many GODS, pals and some others like Snowy Smile of Chaos who love this place, but we need more. Those who love it know that fighting is cool, but the people are what make it.
