Levels 8 do not get those that can not be cured thanks to Protection from injures.
The fact that level 8 leaves tod without injure means that he got minor, but cause of protection it disappeared.

Looks like it is time for update.

I had unhealable injury on lvl8 myself. Sometimes they happen, I guess chance is about 1%
