Our beloved hometown needs your help and thats why I try to catch you from here.
New Cap was founded over 6 years ago and since than it seems to be forgotten but still we never had big updates a lot of us came here and bounded their hearts on this little town.
We had good times and bad times but it hs never been as bad as it is now. None of our attrations work anymore.
Drainage says : You can't enter this room. Your level is too low ;)
Tower of death : Under construction
Items : No higher than some few level 9.
Active people : Deadline
Now in this time of affliction this town needs you and we all are hoping that you can be the one whos helping us to come back.

Pls bring changes in our city, make the ToD work, fix drainage and add some higher lvl items in the shop (and lvl 8 dodge rings, we never had them).U will see ppl coming back, new ppl starting to play and most of all - financial - spend their money for project.
