Man, if you know russian, why don't you just block and register on russian version of the game.
This is New Capital, a city intended for those who don't speak russian. And that doesn't only count americans. Yes, ofcourse there are few americans here, but there are lots of europeans.
IMHO a person from UK will definetly stop playing if he logs in one day and learns that the cities were connected and everything (including the chat) is in russian which the person definetly doesn't know.
If this city would be connected with other russian cities, it would be pure chaos - chat full of russian language. And what the hell with the turning the game into russian? We just got it english a few months ago LMAO.

This city is intended for players from outside Russia and russians who want to meet people outside Russia.

Hi,my name is Penny (Character birthday: 21.06.04 22:36). As you might see I am still here and not dead at all. Same as many friends from all over the world.
You decided to join this project which was done to gather all nations in a game with magic, might, love and war. It was not done to just be another ru city.
New Capital City has a great history. I can`t judge it,as I just have been in the ru version a few years ago and only for a short time, but I think there is no city that its citizens love more than our little city.So please don`t think we will die,or even be closed so soon.
We are here and, I hope no citizen will be mad if I talk for them, we will be here and meet our friends for a much longer time,no matter what the future might bring us.
