About anything > some laws have to chage cause they are realy not logical. 

everyone is a person palls also they can make mistake no one is perfect but when they do that mistakes the players gets the punishment and sometimes it s for no reason ..
specialy with silence spells ...for example someone gets a 24 hours spell it is rong cause the pal didnt understood they tell we ll take it off when the complaint will be taken in consideration and will be accepted..
and the player gets responce it wont get into consideration ..?huh so what you was silence for 10 hours for example for nothing and what you get a sorry we made a mistake..?
my personal opinion that the order should find a way to balance the mistakes made by her stuf and give us something in return ..?
dont you think..lets say they ll give us cr for it mistake ... that will make them not to rush to click the buttons in their interface...
admnins should fully think look at us goverment when they make a rong dicision they pay the victims ...:.)))

Aha and maybe you will play crs for players whose HP you drain every night, just as a moral compensation. Situations is the same.

Every paladin can make a mistake. All you have to do is to remember that noone gets punished "just like that".
