lvl3-4:   1-23 teeth
lvl5-6-7: 1-111 teeth

It is also possible to get 10 - 23 teeth on level 1 as well.

Players, who have chaos, do not receive teeth. Regular amounts of teeth are: 1,2,3,10,11,20,21,22,23,100,101,111. Maybe, if you are more than lucky you can try getting golden tooth? =]
