As you expected, flooding this topic with useless posts is being punished. That critique could be easily given in my private and i would surely accept it. I totally agree i am far from being perfect, so my english does. Thank you for correcting me, i will consider it in my future answers.

Your silence will be removed and will not be counted on a check. Still, in the future try not to use this word to avoid another confusion.

We are really sorry for Aurax's behaviour, therefor please accept our apologises. The Paladin was definitely wrong with his rude reply. Still, the silence you recieved was for using illegal language, so legally it was casted right according to pricelist.

Dear player,

I will start by reminding you that English only is allowed in public chat which means that using any other language, in any context, is being punished. Ofcourse in this specific case you had to chose between asking this question in a private chat or in the main chat. Please next time you need help with translating some words, do it by asking a guy speaking that specific language and ofcourse by doing it in private.

You   recieved a correct punishment according to pricelist therefor your complaint has to be denied.

Dear player,

Analysing the screenshot i notice that the silence spell was casted for swearing. Using abbrevation of swearing is still swearing and therefore its not allowed here. The silence spell was casted right acoording to valid pricelist which is available at paladins site. Do not use any abbrevations of rundness/swearong or rudness/swearing itself to avoid such punishment in the future.
