We are not punishing people for speaking russian, but for speaking an illegal language. The silence spell was casted right acoording to valid pricelist which is available at paladins site. Do not use any abbrevations of rundness/swearong or rudness/swearing itself to avoid such punishment in the future.

Moreover, chosing to swear about paladin brought you a higher punishment so the next complaint gets also the same answer like this one. The only way to complain about a case is in this topic. Please consider this for the future.
