Spoke to Madbaw about this, basically I wanna know if the max durability can be constantly upgraded, for example;

You fully upgrade the shirt to 0/25, when you use the living shit out of it, it becomes 0/1, can this same shirt be upgraded again to 0/25?

if u upgrade it +3   ( costs 75 ecr )   it will be 0/20

No I mean like If I Upgraded it fully, and I raped the durab to 0/1, could it be further upgraded?

The final t-shirt upgrade that is listed as being available
is the one that modifies the standard maximum durability
from 0/20 to 0/25....still pretty crap for an item that's
supposed to be an 'art'...great item, crap durability...
check the other arts available in r.u. - they have 0/500
but then they are listed as being unrepairable...
I guess the idea is to try and not lose too often.
If arts lasted forever then it would put a dent in the
profits but surely it could have more than 0/25 durability
for an item which costs more than your entire set put together.

McDOOM[9] has a t-shirt with one of the final upgrades on it...
you could ask him nicely if he would be so kind as to remove it
when he is in the repair shop, click on the "strengthen artefact"
button and tell you what he can see...if there are any further
upgrades available then he will be able to see them there. I doubt it.
Rather it is time for a better t-shirt or a faster car)

There are basically 4 upgrades available for the standard FC
T-shirt, you will see them listed as being upgrades 4,5,6 and 7
but this number only relates to the level from which you can
wear that particular upgrade and note that the standard T-shirt
prior to any upgrade can be worn from level 2 onwards.
I guess that's to limit physco level 2's from running around with
a lot of extra abilities, increased affects and double the hp of their
competitors. One last thing to note is that each time you upgrade
your t-shirt it actually weakens the item further when the time
comes to carry out repairs. The Standard t-shirt is significantly
stronger in 'actual' durability than an upgraded item even though
on paper they would appear to be the same.Upgraded ones break
more easily.

I still, however fully recommend that you buy one and if your
lucky enough to find one, make sure you don't repair it with teeth =)
