i have couple of songs..that have major meaning..
1. chasing rainbows-shed seven( was played at my friends funeral)
2.otherside- red hot chilis(played a lot during my dads death)

I don't know if that's a ballad, but Savage Garden's - Truly, Madly, Deeply still makes a romantic atmosphere, when you are together with someone you love.
