I would like to hear other's opinion about the facts that i'm gonna post below.
oki so wont give no name of the paladin involved. if the person wants he may come up front.

paladin Well, it is really hard to accept a complaint without a screenshot. [...] (statement 1)
paladin [...] This may be pretty hard as a Paladin may not pay too much attention to memorizing all the details of each silence spell he casts. [...] (2)for this there is the personal info of a character.. for paladins to put there proofs to sustain they facts
paladin [...]Still, if that was just one single message, the Paladin was supposed to warn you first, and only then silence. Without the screenshot one cannot tell whether the warning really took place or whether it was one message or more. me[...]Then i would like to see the screenshot that the pal made and prove that i am guilty, or to somehow proved that he warned me first and also that i wrote more lines with the alphabet[...]followin the advice on statement (4)

me[...]As for proof i may not have screenshot but i can name u some player that u can question about the situation and see what they say[...]to proove that nothing that is written in statement (3) happened thus no legal ground for punishment

so what i understood:
1. paladins don't have to bring proofs that one is guilty but one must bring proof that he is not guilty. in other words rules that apply to us don't apply to paladins.. they are above us
2. i would like to see the exact part of FC laws, preferably link to it, where it is stateed that the rule that is followed in here is "guilty until prooven otherwise" cause i read http://capitalcity.combats.ru/encicl/ENG/0_1.html 5 times and still i didn't found it.

Also during the time i real all the laws of fc includin Paladins inform you section i found an interesting advice that was given to all players. it goes like this :
Paladins are human beings and sometimes, we also make mistakes
.... i wonder who reminds paladins about this .....

With the hope that i will get an answer to this matter and that the post will not me erased as it is customary arround here, i await your opinion.

It's not for me to comment on this, I don't know all
the facts, only you two do...But all men who hold power
are vunerable to corruption, just take a look at what's
happening around the word, Israel, USA, UK, Zimbabwe etc...

Power corrupts and very few men or women are able to
stay the same person they were without it. The worst
of them get swept up in a wave of meglomania, the best
of them make some compromises and do the best they
can with what they have, it consumes the average human
being and turns them into a bad person...nothing here is
any different from the real world...in fact this is the real world,
we are all here after all are'nt we? it's real people behind the
screens)

The only other comment I want to make is that unlike the real
world, here, we are not allowed to discuss Paladins actions and
we are silenced, unable to speak, based on those rules that is
dictatorship and completely laughable should anyone suggest
there is even the merest grain of justice in that and those who
defend it do so for entirely their own benefit no matter what they
say, even if they really believe it themselves.

There are rules for them and rules for us, of course there is,
who regulates them? no one, who can see what they do?
no one, it's just the way it is, that's the rules, personally I
believe they should be elected by the people and the common
vote, not by favouritism, personal agenda or any other means.

P.S. These are all just general observations and not aimed at
anyone in particular.
