If i may ask why do u need a screenshot? Is the reason put in my info different from what i wrote in here?

Well, it is really hard to accept a complaint without a screenshot. In case there's no screenshot both sides (the Player that submits the complaint and the Paladin who's actions are argued) have to agree on what and how really happened and confirmthe chat log.

This may be pretty hard as a Paladin may not pay too much attention to memorizing all the details of each silence spell he casts. Therefore as a rule such complaints are not investigated at all.

Still, I will comment onthe situation.

First of all, your message was obviously spam, except you can prove by your junior school mark book you were practising your homework on ABC learning.

Still, if that was just one single message, the Paladin was supposed to warn you first, and only then silence. Without the screenshot one cannot tell whether the warning really took place or whether it was one message or more. Or at least for any opinion about the background there was for your message and Paladin's reaction.

But, as I've already mentioned above, no screens = no facts = fruitless trashtalking instead of efficient work. I do not think any more arguing on the case would be in order, therefore:

COMPLAINT DENIED
due to lack of proofs submitted.

Dear player, it seemsto me that I understood you absolutely right and it's actually you who have a missunderstanding of the situation. That's why I'll clarify it once more.

First of all I'd like to mention that Paladins are not obliged to disclose any information about any punishments imposedto third parties (meaning other people, not those who were actually punished), there are special procedures regarding it.

As for the essence of your complaint (I will not waste your time asking to submit a screen... let's use your chat log as it is quite enough in this case and agree to leave in shade anything such screens could highlight).

You started discussing Paladin's actions in public chat. I dont se anything => he said nothing => why did you silence him at all?

As I stated before, Paladins are not obliged to disclose such kind of information tothird parties.
As you know, discussion of Paladin's actions outside complaints forum is prohibited. And the Paladin actually clearly hinted that you were close to crossing the line.

Still, you ignored the warning and pushed the discussion even further truying to make a sort of public appeal which absolutely could not be tolerated.

Therefore you were silenced for 1 day for discussion of Paladin Soul-Survivor's actions, even despite the warning your recieved.

I will notgive you a third, even more detailed comment on the situation. The complaint was denied already, re-submiting complaints is prohibited. Any other attempts to bring up complaints on this specific case will be regarded as flood and persecuted accordingly.

Then i would like to see the screenshot that the pal made and prove that i am guilty, or to somehow proved that he warned me first and also that i wrote more lines with the alphabet.(as i understood from your post these are the conditions under wich i woul'd have been rightfully punished).
As for proof i may not have screenshot but i can name u some player that u can question about the situation and see what they say(paladins, RMercs, TOoB's and greys).

Should i remember that usually in all court of laws it works following the principle not guilty until proven so.

dear Enlightened i'm understand that discussing pal action in public chat is prohibted, but it ussually got silenced not more then 3 hours, this point is what my complain is about.

i think it not appropriate silence for 1 day just because that reasons, i think u've more understand about that

Should I remind you that laws of FC differ from those of the real world?

According to FC laws presense of corpus delicti in players actions as well as the measure of his responsibility and punishment are decided by the Paladin revising the case. It is up to the player to preset proofs of his innoscense in case he believes the punishment is unjust.

Dear player, you was silenced with spell bough from wizzards shop, therefore it wasnt related to any law. Its game possibility, and everybody can use that. This kind of silence spell doesnt count to paladins check or whatsoever... thats why your complain is denied.

+ let me remind you, that this topic is for complains only, which has to follow the form, mentioned at first site, so your own suggestion and toughs are irelevant here...

Dear Pennzoil, thank you for submiting screenshot. This topic is for complaints on Paladins who did mistake in their work or acted against the Law. In this situation you suppose that Paladin broke the Law (in other words he must be silenced for rudeness as a regular player).
I analyzed your chat shown at screenshot refering to existing Laws and made conclusion that Paladin wasn't acting against the Law. The word "shit" in his first phrase wasn't directed to a certain person. This word isn't rude by itself and when it's used indirectly. I can't say that the last sentence was polite (but still not silenceable), but Last Kid in this situation has equal rights with regular player. You were discussing game possibilities and as a normal player Paladin can ask to leave his private if this theme is not interesting for him or if he doesn't want to discuss it. So this wasn't against Laws or our internal statements.
