Dear Bad-Vampire, you were silenced for rudeness in public chat (02.12.08 23:39).
Word "stupid" is rude when you address it to a certain person. The period of silence spell was right as well.
Please, be polite in chat and you'll never face with such unpleasant things as silence spells.

Dear Tarpinator you were silenced with the reason "provocation of the conflict". First of all I remind you that the only way to submit facts of your guiltlessness
is screenshot. We do not accept quotations, moreover a copy of violation is still a violation as Law says.
   Why you were silenced
A provocation is an act that causes a response. What response could it be? There is no doubt that rudeness causes rudeness and swearing causes swearing in chat. Paladin has a right to silence player with aim to prevent progress of bad situation in chat.
There are moments when person cannot control himself (anger, irritation, etc.) and can say (with purpose or not) things which can harm feelings of other people. As we are talking about Fight Club this situation will cause silence spell with longer period and may be casted on numerous people.
   Referring to your silence spell and the reason of it, we can definitely say that your phrase was harsh. It had many meanings including the one which could start a discussion with aim to deliver moral sufferings to other player. As you know we strictly punish for such things. So silence spell was casted by Paladin to prevent bad consequences.
Regarding all these facts and circumstances I have to deny your complaint.

i have problem with betterlove he constantly hurt me he say the same words like me (and he never was punished)..threat me with silence (and he isnt paladin) and after that i everytime become "silence" ...i feel aggrieved. pls where can i insert screenshots?

Dear Mishutca, before composing a complaint, please familiarize yourself with the sections of this topic, which are listed in the first post. Taking into consideration the fact that you are a new player, the result of you ignorance will be just a warning. Next time a punishment will be applied for flooding a work topic.

This topic was created exclusively only for complaints concerning Paladin's actions. You were silenced with scroll from Wizard's Shop. This option is available for every player as game possibility (not a moderator's ability). Also, we do not count such silence spells during checking.

Moreover, if you want to report a player for breaking the law of Fight Club, there are many other topics at Complaints Conference where you can do it. As far as i see, the only way the player you're complaining about could break the law is by not showing a decent behaviour in chat, so you could submit your complaint to the following link. You will also notice there the e-mail where to send your screenshots.

no fear in this city... so if i'd kill paladin with injury (simple not cripled) so you'll attack me ? you're talking toal nosences, and inquisitors should help ppl , not to make their fights unfear, because i'd totaly won that fight. so it's like helping lover palading reaching his lvl up and taking xp from the others ?

Dear Phinx case is, that a Paladin sometimescannot define whether this or that line is a word or a note of exclamatin as you claim it to be. There is a large number of languages, NewCapital citizens are native in, that is why to guarantee effective chat moderation the number of languages alowed in chat is reduced to "English only".

As for the silence spells you recieved.

The first spell was casted for using illegal language. Yes, the "note of exclamation" you used seemed pretty much like a word in another language, Turkish for instance or some similar to it. That is why you were silenced. In the future I'd advise you to use more broadly used notes of exclamation, so that everyone would be able to understand easily what you mean. However, this specific silence spell was absolutely lawful.

The second spell you recived was a silence spell for discussion of Paladin's actions in main chat. I'd like to remind you that any discussion of Paladin's or Administrations' actions in main chat is strictly prohibited. The only legal way to deal with the situation you had was to consut with the Paladin about the reason that made him/her silence you, advisebly (but not obligatory) in private chat. And in case you did not agree with the reasons explained, you could file a complaint to this topic like you'v already done. This would save you from the second silence spell which again is a lawful one.
