Dear player, you were silenced for nationalism, which is clear from screenshot uve sent. Provocation from other player is not excause for such reactions. According to your screenshot, everyone who was involved to your discussion could be silenced for provocation of conflict, unfortunatelly you are the only one, who used nationalistic comment, which is punishable, according to valid pricelist.

Therefore, the silence was casted right, and your complain is

Tell me pls why he did it? I knew he dont like me but ussing pals abilities for personal is forbiden I thougth! :mad:

The paladin in cause,used this excuse to punish character http://newcapital.combats.com/inf.pl?login=Kanaplev with 2 month chaos and character http://newcapital.combats.com/inf.pl?login=dundee-stars with block.Still,there is no proof that the mentioned characters are mults,and the paladin knows it.Moreover,the paladin didn't ask for scans,which proves that his actions have no arguments and the punishments were not applied on the legal bases,but on the personal preferences and desires of the paladin.The only law the defendants broke is the one regarding "fighting from the same ip" and should be punished only for that accordingly.
We demand that higher paladins read this complaint and change Kanaplev's chaos period and remove chaos from character "dundee-stars".Scans can be submitted.

Dear Kanaplev, you broke conditions of the Law about Multicharacters. According to that Law there are certain limitations for players which are using 1 place for FC access (i.e. same computer, IP adress). These limitations are NOT secret, moreover Paladins inform every person about it, when he asks permission to use PC by 2 or more players.
What these limitations are? First of all every character must have his real owner and can be used ONLY by real owner. Each character must have proper registration data (real date of birth).
These were pre-registration (or registration limitations). But it's only a first part of limitations. The second part we can call as "game limitations":
1) No direct or indirect transfers between these characters.
2) No cheating.
3) No staged fights. In current situation it means "no fights from same IP between each other at all"
4) No multiple access during fight.
So under these certain conditions 2 players can use 1 PC and play normally. Breaking these conditions leads to punishment for "Multicharactering". I think first 3 points are quite clear. Any white Paladin can explain them to you in chat if something is not clear.
The last one is the most important regarding your complaint and I shall explain it here.
No multiple access during fight - means that while 1 character is fighting the rest are not allowed to log in, participate in fights, chat etc. They must be OFFLINE. Switching characters to fight in 1 or more fights is strictly prohibited.

Now lets go back to essence of this complaint. You broke the last condition. Character "Kanaplev" was already participating in fight while character "dundee-stars" logged in and joined the same fight. We do not punish for such serious violations without warning. Right after character "dundee-stars" logined Paladin "hernancrespo" warned that character "dundee-stars" is not allowed to join fight.
Despite of the warning (absolutely ignored warning) character "dundee-stars" joined a fight. After the fight you both got punishment. I checked all facts, reason, length of punishment and concluded that the punishment was casted according to Law.

In addition I want to say about last information why character "dundee-stars" ignored warning I got. According to that information "dundee-stars" could skip warning because he has problems with English.
English is official language of Fight Club. The interface of the game is in English. Character reached 7 level. It means that he is able to understand interface or he uses translators.
Therefore he had an opportunity to understand warning or translate it somewhere and it can't be mitigating circumstance.

I am aware of the fact that I should just send links to our Homepage in traders room and on CentralSquare. However I doubt that the Silence should be any longer than for maximum 3 hours.
Why?
1) Well it's obvious that our Guilds homepage is a well known source in NC.
2) It's clear that the homepage is free from any hurtfull elements.
3) I am acting head of the clan and therefor have full right to promote my guilds homepage.
4) We have sent admins numerous of messages asking them to change the site on FC library http://newcapital.combats.com/encicl/klan/TheOrderOfBalance.html
We also informed your Moderation head NakoputiPrdel this.

It's all good, I know I did wrong but 24 hours is a bit harsh for this.
Just change it into a more humain punishment if you may.

From the screens submitted I noticed the following:

The discussion of a “dog theme” was initiated by Mr-ashas and Quad_damage who supported him. The answer of Vampyress was directed to Mr-ashas, who actually initiated the squabble

No evidence shows that Vampyress called the whole guild “dogi” as u state in your complaint. On the contrary, screenshot clearly states that it was you, who started finding “names” for opponents guild at 22:12. “rename your guild as Turkish dogs” is definitely a nationalistic behaviour which is trictly punished in FC. Paladin NakoputiPrdel will get a reproach for not reacting to this particular violation of FC laws

In this particular case the squabble taking place between Mr-ashas and Vampyress from 21:57 to 22:08 is a squabble between just two players. If there is anything for silence in here, then both of them should get 15 minutes for conflict provocation. However Paladin NakoputiPrdel decided to leave it as it is and I confirm that his decision was completely in order.

The insult-or-not of a guild by Quad_damage which followed the squabble is a very sensitive matter and I would ask not to repeat it ever again. Dealing with such cases in good will is always more beneficial for everyone than applying measures that all parties in fact dislike

Your nationalistic behaviour is definitely worth a day of silence.
