About anything > Manouvers for Mages 

I'd really appreciate if someone could make an translation of the manouvers for mages.
Maybe even write somekind of a guide on what the different elements are good for.
Also information on what stats/masteries are required for those high level mage pictures.

I know that not many people are sitting on the answers but i am certain that someones are and i hope that you will share this knowledge with me and the rest of NC.
