as you may have heard there are hostilities between your guild and a company of guys that think you must all have losses more than wins (me for example). the parties use various means of defeating opponents like attacking chars wearing healing set and skipping back to the hole of elements/darkness or using inq's abilities. that’s a normal course of conflict.

however its really surprising to see "whay did yu injure me????????" in chat after a fight. you're a part of a "two parts of single whole" for crissakes that’s why. if some other parts of that whole think that they can behave like badass rats well be ready to take your share of responsibility for your mates. or drop sign.. or smth else..

both sides may also elect representatives (you make a voting or smth since your guild head is a bot) and create a list of out-of-conflict chars not be attacked/injured (Past Light for example - fights mostly in wood, not retarded).
