positive give me an explanation for the silence spell.

Dear Lost in code , it is laze or dont wana punish nakoputiprdel?? u thik i will forget about The Complaint??

I haw wait more than 1 mounth and no answer!

Please giv me ansver , bcz screens was in E-mile , it was illegal silance!

For being a unfit Paladin as he is afk most of his time online.

Being online but afk is acceptable every now and then and i agree that reality comes first.
If you are a Paladin however you should be an example to the others.
This Abu Delay fails to do, over and over again.
Joining fights (Chaotics) and then being afk is not fair to the team he ends up in.
When confronting him and asking the reason to his behaviour, he tells me that he's at work and he playes the game suited for him...

Is this a acceptable behaviour for a paladin?
If Paladin Abu Delay will get more than a oral reprimand, i will be happy with this and wont proceed with my next step - demanding compensation for repairs due to the paladin and lost of maximum durability.

2.Если персонаж находится на стадии процесса удаления,а потом регится новый перс --это не считается мультиводством.

Lost in Code im realy sory what did i done :cry:

2.) For numerous faults and mainly for being unworthy his cross.
3.) My apologies for making this post long, but I'll make it just as long as I must so bare with me and I hope we will find an agreement on how things should be.
Well this complaint aint just put out to Lost in code, it's a complaint on all who feels targetted but in lack of a better object, I'll use Lost in code for this.
As people get more responsibilities, whether in reality or in a game, the responsibility will change that person, some people will grow into their assignments, some wont. The way I see at it, Paladin Lost in code has NOT grown with his new line of duty, I don't expect him to either, after such a short period of time but what I do expect of him is that he would realize that having a Grey Cross as a Coordiantor does not change the fact that the main reason to why he has a cross is to be a help for the rest of the players, as you become a Paladin, you take a decision to put your own gaming aside and commit yourself fully to the benefit of others.
The Higher rank you achieve as a paladin, the more commited to the players you should be.

I will state a numerous accusations, each of wich will be delt as a different complaint.
A) Lost in code has unblocked his previous character Titan7 and calls it a "Technical Character" i am aware that it's leagal to have those if needed, my question is - what can he do with Titan7 that cant be done with Lost in code?

B) Last night (2008-04-04) Coordinator Lost in code used his abilies to attack and interfiered in a chaotic for lvl8's.

As a reason he reffred to fight earlier that same day where BISKOT had used the crippling manouver to injure Mini_Me. Imo he is to let the Inquisition do the punishing since they obviously know how to respect other people more and not interfier in fights that hurts other people than the one in need of the punishment.

C) Today (2008-04-05) I got silenced for 24 hour for questioning Paladins Decissions, fair enough - Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth. I decide I wanna spend my own cash and punish him for being guilty of being a bad Paladin and the punishment in this case was to be Silence for as long as he found it appropriate to Silence me. After silencing him for 30 minutes the second time, he decide that he can use his "Technical Character" and logs in on this char instead so I silence Titan7 too, for 30 minutes. Straight after this Lost in code uses his abilities as a Coordinator and attacks me and as he is without any honor theese days, he attacks me without giving me a fair chanse to defend myself, in other words - with a bloody attack when im as good as dead. Recieving me a Medium injury for 24 Hours.

As the reason for theese attacks - he tells me I have prevented him to do his duties as a Paladin since he works hardest of all 8h/day and he needs to be able to talk all the time, as i said in the begining of complaint C - Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth, he prevents me from doing my duties as the one responsible for Public Relations on behalf of The Order Of Balance. In no way do i think that his work is any more important than mine is. You wont see me attacking him though, im not like him - even if I had the ability to, I always thought that the best weapon is a pen or in theese ages, a keyboard.
It's a sad day for the Brotherhood of Light when a Coordinator finds himself to be above the law and does as he pleases, so my request is the following:
A formel apology in both mainchat and on forum.
A compensation for items durability loss.
A Scroll for healing Medium injuries (I'll have to wait for my major to wear out first before healing my medium)
Since the contact with the citizens as PR for TOoB is priceless it's hard to put a figure on how big the loss in good PR is for one Saturday but I expect a generous compensation for that as well.
The loss of Experience for being able to fight for 24 hours... I was aiming for lvl9 in a week from now, this will cut down my chanses to make it - The ones who suffers from this are the ones who are waiting for their cash.
All of the above requests can be ignored if you will remove Lost in codes cross and block Titan7

I thank you for your time and hope that this is NOT the way Paladins are to work and that you agree with me when i say that Lost in code is a unfit Coordinator.
I also ask for noone else than Tsatidis and Tsatis himself (NOT someone logged in on his account) to answer this complaint and to make sure that it is Tsatidis who is doing the judgement he has to answer with our codeword for this kind of event.

As a former Paladin you must be aware that we are preserving Law and eye for an eye doesnt is this circumstances is a meaningless fraze.

Since you didnt not complaint for the 24h silence spell casted on you - I assume you agree it was in order. If the silence spell was legal and in order, I don't see any reasons for revenge. Would you play vengeance on a police officer for a ticket he gave you for lame parking?

That is why I believe your actions of using silence spells on Lost in code was an act of aggression against a Paladin and aggression against Order of Light. That was actually the reason why you were attacked and crippled. And that is what's called eye-for-an-eye. An in-game ability you used to attack a Paladin resulted in an injury inflicted to you via ability given to Paladin for cases like that. It's all legal.

In this regard I recon that your "call for compensation" is nothing more than PR. I wouldnt like to call it begging, old friend ;)
Therefore, any compensation for the injury is denied and in case of new attacks on Paladins with silence spells you will be added to Order of Light Black List and treated accordingly, though it would be a pain for my heart.

Despite the fact that Order of Light seldom used joining chaotic fights against its foes regarding it as unethical, we never stated we restrain from it. BISKOT is in Order of Light's Black List for attacks on Paladins and cripplying Paladins, therefore he will be attacked and killed and crippled whenever we have a chance if Order of Light will decide that it is possible and suits the interests of the Order. Paladin can express his apologies to people who becam colliteral victims of such an engagement.

Therefore complaint denied.

Technical charachters can be used by guilds in order to fulfill special purposes, if the guild will state and explain the necessity of such a charachter to the Order of Light.

In the particular case with Titan7 this charachter was unblocked and given paladin cross as a technical character for fulfilling special classified functions. Some of the results of its work you can see today when you look at FC screen.

Lost in code aint the only person using this technical charachter, in fact he is not the owner of the charachter any more. The owner is the Order of Light.

You must also know, that only Supreme Paladin can unblock charachters or make the Paladins. And decisions made by Supreme Paladin act like Law itself and can be overruled by Administration only. Decisions of Supreme Paladin cannot be subject to complaints on Paladin's actions as no player is able to investigate a case on such a complaint.

Therefore this point of your complaint is denied, too.

3. You must be thankful to piicisciiciss. We've got a screenshot of chat from him. And as result of it character piicisciiciss had got silence spell for 24 hours with the reason: "attemp to fool a paladin".
I don't see any wrong actions from paladin's side.

mmm i dont see the reason for 6 h silence. its not a rasism in my eyes coz i can say russian ass, and spanish ass and so on. and ass its not even swearing.
