In this particular case, I believe ur interlocutor submitted a complaint. As far as u really spoke foreign lang u were silenced. The silence spell was casted right therefore

3) The paladin i was having a conversation with knew that there was no "aim to deliver him/her moral and/or spiritual sufferings" quote from paladin. Therefor the ss is not due. On top of that hernan is an unprofessional nerd who doesn't check the context or bother finding out the details. I hope next time he gets a flu it will be a fatal case.
