Report the incident to Trading Standards (UK) or the equivalent within your country. If you live outside the EU, Russia or the US then you'd have to go down a different avenue.

If it is as it appears to be in your info then you've got a good case and the site with be sued by TSI. Which is a anti-fraud bureau.
