Complaints > I cannot see the "applications" button in civil registery

That is all i ever gett showing on the top row, i was told that there was meant to be an "applications" button after "View Family Trees" but i cannot see it... i have spent ages trying to get it show but its not there at all... and i was told to Ask [Lost In Code] about the problem, but i thought it would be easier putting it here instead of waiting for him.
