I don't think that the Death Spell was used properly here,though i may not know all the details. If there is a serious reason for it,then i have nothing to say,but if there is not,that means the paladin in charge used his power in personal purposes.

Koursaros is an alchemist, not a paladin. Therefore you should adress elsewhere. All I can do is send him a telegraph message, and btw u can do just the same easily.

Concerning your previous complaints, Supreme Paladin been informed of the case, but I personally can't tell when will he announce any decision on the case.
