Both complaints accepted. Even though the reason of the silence differed from the one u've stated, it was still a wrong one.

Order of Light takes care of a wide range of issues in this game. This means that it is almost impossible to be an expert in every field, as it takes a lot of time to master each of the spheres of Paladin job. That is why Departments were created give Paladins chance to concentrate their efforets on a particular issue.

All questions related with cheating in fights, staged fights and etc are supervised by Anticheating Department. Paladins of other Departments are NOT authorised to investigate or punish for violation beyond their specific spere of responsibility.

In this regard Sara Maria could help u with nothing more than advising to post the inforation u had in the specific topic of "cheaters" on complaints forum. I personally would give u a link to it, though, but it was up to her.

And she aint any wrong with it.
