You're so funny... Master Bot got blocked not because i was needed to buy ECR.. For ur good info, i am using ECR. Master Bot was blocked for reason known just by me and some of my friends.

IMHO this is a very good law

Why? Let me tell u how FC economy is supposed to work :)

Average player that plays till lvl7 earns about 1000 cr as ups.
On each lvl after lvl4 he sells all his old items and buys a new set. His expenses are about 10-20% of his old set costs [(purshase price - sell price) + transfers costs  + repairs + interest on loans taken if any]
On lvls 5 and 6 he might spend some money on mercs a couple times.
He might also heal a couple injuries if they were inflicted when he wanted to play and was able to play most (those who say its too expensive to heal injuries never been injured on sunday morning that was scheduled for FC, the only sunday just for  FC in a month)

So, after reaching lvl7 this player has some 750 cr instead of 1000 cr (might be 1-2 hundred more or less depending on loans/mercs/injuries/ time spent on selling\buying)

Out of the 250 cr he lost 100 cr is wasted (repairs, damaged items, transfers, costs of merc and doc scrolls used, broken items). The other 150 cr goes to other players (NOTE THIS!)

Its not a secret that u need almost twice more money on lvl7 for a fullset, so u have two options: either buy ecr or try to ear money in FC (e.g. get your cut of the 150 cr an average player spends while reaching lvl7). And its up to you what will u do.

Many folks leave the game before lvl7, others do it after they cant buy a fullset after reaching it. They get a requested block and start all over, but the money they paid to traders, as payment for merc, doc and loan services remain in the game. They are used by other players, including those who dont want to buy ecr, but still need good equipment.

The main difference between those 2 ways is where u r going to spend ur time: either u will work in real life and buy ecr, or "work" in FC and get a salary in cr. The other difference is in speed of advancement in FC: those who buy ecr usually advance in lvls much faster. But on the other hand that means that they spend more money, they use mercs help, they cure their injuries, they sell their old stuff faster but cheaper, than other fighters would. So, the more ECR a person is buying, the more money he is giving to those who dont buy ECR.

During the last year we had only wooden fights on lvls 4-6. This killed full. That meant full items were not popular, it was hard to buy them and hard to sell. Instead of 10-20% costs per lvl, it would take up to 30 or even 40 percent coz of problems with reselling full items.

That meant that FC economy didnt work and noone benefited from reselling items. The money didnt come from "chars who would block in a couple weeks" to "chars who ll play the next months".

And that's why it as almost impossible for common folks to earn money for a fullset on lvl7. I hope that the new law will fix the situation when on lvl7 we have folks with 900 cr instead of 750 and absolutely no way of getting the remaining part without ecr :D

Boy, (I know what I m speaking about :D, remember?) I believe that 90% of folks who read your messages understand that u are talking crap. Its too bad that chaos and block of your previous charachter didnt teach u the right lesson and u r truying to start it all over again. In my opinion, paladins treated u too mildly, instead of sticking to FC laws like some of us advised to do.

I just want to ask u one more time to think and only after it say (write, post, scream, whistle etc.). If you dont know u can keep quiet, u ll look wiser :D. If u want to discuss smth, ask politely and privately in person. If u dont understand - take a vocabulary, translate and than read the answer once again.

P.S. I dont know what the heck motivates me to appeal to you since,
1. u wont understand what i was truying to tell u
2. u will think I do it coz I "hate" you
3. u will think that my post is humilitating to u
4. and anyway nothing would really change
but I guess we could ascrive it to my personal paladinic masochism - the call inside my soul that makes me try to enlighten lost souls of this game.

Are in city enought players to buy ecr.. so every one else benefit for it? If i am not wrong.. most ppl who use ecr are high lvl's... so... did they sell cheaper items to lvl 3 4 5 6 ?  Man... that law might work in .ru but hellooooo... u are in NewCapital.. remember that man :D

The people who leave this game at lvls 0-4 just dont fit the game since the game doesnt fit their interests.
People who leave on lvls 4-7 leave mainly coz of non-FC problems or coz they dont fit the game as I wrote above.
People of lvl7-8 block either coz of non-FC, real challenges or to start playing with a new char again.

U forget that lots of players became lvl7 and 8 without wooden fights at all. Wooden fights appeared in mid-2005, when we already had over a hundred of lvl7s. Wooden fights made way to lvl7 EASIER than it originally was. This doesnt mean that prohibiting free wooden exp will make it HARDER, it will make it as easy or as hard as IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE.

It doesnt depend on population. As for me i bought some 10 ecr while on lvl3. This helped me to achieve lvl5 fast so i had enough money to start trading. And here I am now. I cant say I always had enough money, I cant say it was always easy for me to find a good set. I had to trade, I had to go TOD (in 2005 for isntance, when my team didnt win 80% of ToDs as it is now), I had to ask my friends for help with items and cr and helped them myself, too.

The main problem is that now only high lvls use ecr. This means they send their ecr on items from state-shop mainly, so the CR ges directly to admins, not to players of the lower lvl. If u would buy 20 ecr on lvl, u would buy items in state shop for 200 cr. On lvl5 u d have to sell them to those who just came to lvl4. If u dontwant to wait for week or so, u d sell them for 150-180 cr instead of 200. This way other players would benefit from ur ecr, too.

Man, I know where I am now. U can check my date of registration in NewCapital to understand than I know what I am speaking about since the whole history of NewCapital was written just in front of me.

P.S. I hope that some of you remember Hombre. He bought lots of ecr and was often bying items he needed. He bought them at once and offered hig prices. For instance I know he bought 3 Rings of Reason for 1500-2000 cr each. So, how many people benefited from his ECR? Of course, that was more of exception than a rule, but still.

Man... as i said at first place. I don't think this law will bring more ppl in city.. but might stop them from starting here.. In a few months will see how many lvl 2-5 will be in city and make a conclusion

i know all strong ppl use ecr but still in ru version u will see thet for eace one person thet use ecr there are 30ppl didnt use ecr.

nice copy/paste, but i said to read Enlighteneds post.....read = understand....in your case i advice u to read it few times, maybe try to ask some1, to translate it for you, and then, then try to write sentence, which would make any sence, not just some copy/paste.... i know its mission impossible for u, but try it...i believe u can do it....at least once in your life post anything WHAT MAKE ANY SENCE !
