Complaints > Problems with registration on a site of the Order of Light ?

If:
- your nickname is occupied;
- you were registered, but the password did not reach your e-mail;
- you forgot you password;
- you cannot pass the check of authenticity;
- you have any other problems with registration on the site of the Order,

please post the application with description of a problem here according to below example.

1. Nickname
2. Description of a problem.
3. What do you want to do (change password, remove account for a re-registration, to put check of authenticity, another…).

We remind that you can change the password/e-mail anytime you want to. There is a special "Personal" panel to the left, "change your settings" section.

P.S. If you have a registration problem but cannot access FC because of block or hack, please send an application to 'combats_recovery@bk.ru' .
You must specify the nickname of the character and date of birth in your mail.

You can leave application only for yourself or ask a paladin to leave it if you are not able to write on forum.
