3. Lars Ulrich is my character. I have requested a block for Kirk Hammett (http://newcapital.combats.com/forum.pl?id=1179125831&n=jeremiad) and then registered Lars. I was speaking to Sherlock about this and he understood it the wrong way around. I want to block kirk hammett and start new with Lars. He did the opposite. Please see to it that the block is removed from Lars and that I, Kirk Hammett, am blocked.

3.) Dear Paladins! I dont know where did you get that i'm cheating but character Mile[5] was jackaling against me so next time when i accept his challenge in physical i put my items one he did the same thing but he had armor on him i didnt he so i had only one choice hit him in a belly and hope for crit because my intuition was higher than his and he would not block that place a lot he was blocking, how you could see from statistic his unsafe places where he had not items one. plus on analyzer on paladins eb site you can see that he is blocking his belly only 16% and thats why i had choice just to hit in that place i have a lot of fight like that where i'm hitting only in one place and i dont think that my personal choice could count as cheating and what about Mile[5] and dont even know him and what point for me to cheat if it's like 50 exp... i hope this reasons will be enough to you to remove me from chaos...

3.I did play in a wooden fight, i do admit it, but i asked a paladin if i could do it! I asked if i could and the paladin said i could join the wooden. Thats all the paladins said so i did join the wooden fight. If i would have known that, everyone who joined the fight would haevgot chaos i wouldnt have joined. This was unfairly done in my opinion.

3. At first, im writing this request instead of Nefarian, because he dont speak english at all, and he asked me to do it. He attacked Lazy Simba in ToD, but as i mentioned above, he doesnt speak english at all, so he didnt know, theres such rule which doesnt allow that. Just right after attacking, he was told, that its forbiden, and he could get chaosed for that....so he set draw inmediatelly, and Lazy Simba didnt suffer any damage, and he was in his tournament without any disadvantage. The attack wasnt ment to break any laws, and hes sorry for any incovninience caused by his acting. As u can see, he got only 2 sillence spels, during his lifetime, what proves, that he just trying to enjoy game, without any violations against laws.

So one month of chaos for such acting seems to be too much, if u compare this case with other ones, which was obviously ment to harm some1, without any signs of cooperations to avoid law breaking.

I have big complaint, because about this fight we talked with pennzoil, we complained all, he said ok, now more than week passed from this fight, i know that pazarnikas wanted to sent me to chaos, because we are enemies, he said it to bianconerri, and this one believed, aks philip ensy fry about this fight, because it should be wooden fight, but when i made challenge to him he put on items, so it was no chance to win me, i hit same place, and main thing, u can watch all his fights in that day, and u will se that he always hit same place, its WRONG CHAOS !

is it less proves? can u see defending him same place? I can see it, thats whhy i made all hits to same place, and his hit points is very clear too, because he hits one hit in down side, other in up side, so i shoul choose on of them where to block, thats more than enough prooves thats it wasnt staged fight, he just cheated me puting items on!

Hey pople i was chaosed for wood without limitation?? it was Chaotic fight.... not group!!! and chaotic automaticaly do +- 1!!!!!! please revove my chaos its not fair... i just joined with full weapons i asked to do draw but they still hitted so u can call me just jackal not a cheater.

so please remove chaos it was chaotic fight. not GROUP. in chaotics always +- 1 opponent..
