1. A slow-witted or stupid person.
2. A new Capital "noobie" who thinks that they know the game. They treat other players disrespectfully, and get mad at others that treat them the same way.

Smartie \'smarty\ noun
1. An American sugar candy, invented by Ce De Candy Inc. It has not been know to make one any smarter.
2. A New Capital "noobie" who is nice to others, but at the same time ignorant to the Fight Club rules.

Scav-en-ger \'ska-ven-jer\ noun
1. An organism that typically feeds on refuse or carron.
2. A new Capital player that thinks that he/she is better then others, and therefor don't have to listen to the preset rules of a fight. This makes it easier to gain exp for fast "up's".
