Complaints > Complain on Koursaros - Alchemist 

On the 22nd of September I transfered money to Koursaros through Western Union. On the 25th of September I got e-mail from him, that ECRs will be supplied on the 26th. Today is 27th and still there are no ECRs on my account. I contacted with The Firestarter, the representative of Koursaros - it didn't work. For all these days Koursaros was off-line. It is also not easy to contact with the Firestarter - I even snd him SMS several times, at least he answered them but no result. I would like to ask Administration of Fight Club to solve this situation as soon as possible.

How can it be, that licensed alchemist has been off-line for all these days? Is he interestedin his job or not?

You have to undertsna dht eoncept of being 'busy'.
Be patient i know how you feel and when it dont arrive the time gets slower and you get anxious just be patient all aswell ends well.
And without the appreciation of someones job is just bad manners .
Well have you ever had a job which requires you to to jobs which you need to do everyday for several hours , try to be atleast respective and dont worry.

Larthan - i respect others job wich is done professionally or at least at the top of their abilities. But one thing i cannot accept - how it is possible that Koursaros is always offline? Is it difficult to send me letter by e-mail at least to explain the situation?
