I think its very sad that Italy won.Its bad for the football world that a team which made the first round through faked fouls gone that far.I am sad for all the better teams that had to leave cause they didn`t want to play an unfair game like them.Sorry for Australia for example which played better but lost through such a faked penalty shot,but what else could we expect from Italy.
Also I am very sorry that the fifa don`t start giving yellow cards to a team like that if I see one of them falling on the ground and almost dieing for pains till the referee gives a call and than they stand up like nothing happend before.
A proof for that is that Italy and most of their teams always loose if the referees are british cause they know how to play this game and that a small touch does not break you a leg.
I would be happy to see more yellow cards for such a team and such a bad behaviour.
So after all you could see that not just whole germany and france were shouting for france in the finals,but also almost all other visitors of the WC.Therefore I still have hope in the football world and I am happy to see that the crowd can`t be faked by Italy.
So even if the fakers won I was happy to see british,german,spanish,australian,swedish and many more fans shouting for france in the final to show their disrespect.And after all this WC helped to show unity vs bad teamplay and faked results.And that was worth it.

I wasn't cheering for Italians at all, they were lucky to win and Fabio Cannavaro deserved it.

France :)) Zidane lost nerve, but I think it was phycologically aimed by the Italians... Trezeguet put a big stain on his football career.

France is no better. And I guess portuguese are the true masters of that "incredible skill". They seem to fall down every time the wind blows into their direction.

Gamewise, Italy did show a better game last night, regardless of how did they make it to the finals. Same can be said about the half-finals with Germany. And yeah I do think that this contraversial penalty in their game against Australia, was deliberate and well-planned action.

huh ... as i gues Ghana was the best team :) ... but they was unlucky to fight against Brazil in 1/8 final :) ...

france was lucky to kick brazilians, but it the most luck had france in match against Portugal with 11m kick.

Portugal vs Netherland was bad mach to... 16 yellows, 4 red cards. Is it Football? looks like some kind of Hockey with pentalitie minutes.

I really think Italy didn't deserve to get to 1/4 final! Especially because of the faked penalty kick!
However I do think they won a deserved match against Germany and I was cheering for Italy throughout the whole of the final, because they were playing better, but after the incident with Zidane I changed my mind!!! Legends don't JUST kick opponents with their heads in the chest in a final of a world championship, PLUS when it's their LAST match EVER!!!    Materazzi said something really bad and I think he deserved to be more than just punched in a chest with a head!!!!  It was done greatly by the way ;););)

pity how small things like that can affect the result of such a great game... and the referees - they are constantly on the radio with the replay guys, but I guess this system is gonna get better as we speak.

Italy is normal team... Allmost everybody Italians there, not like France, france was full of blacks and others, from all around the world...

so blacks are not french... they're just blacks? ... FYI there are some african-french people in the world... or african-americans... dude u got some racist issues going on there...
