2. was speaking russian and was silenced for one hour. screenshot sent to your email.

2. illegal silence spell for 24 hours for using a scientific term of brain damage which wasnt priveosly punished and i privately asked u (tsa) about.

2. multiple login with other characters , using those characters as a safe way of playing with buttons

3. used novice helper to remove my depers spell wat he hasnt got any right to do , then abused me on icq and his words imply it was him who removed the depers. I can ask tarman moderators to check his ip for u and make sure it was him if u dnt beleive me, i did not check his IPs but it's obvios he multi logs

1) He is not playing with buttons of other characters.
2) He performs miltiple logins to perform technical tests as in the case with White_Coat and translation of his interface.
3) Chaos and depersonalization by request are forbidden except "special" cases which approved personally by me.

Vorlon silences ppl for the time he wants to - then after ppl already left online bcz they r silenced and got nothin to do removes the spell - he might as well give ppl 24 all the tie wait for 23 hours then remove and give 15 - ther's no point - in both ym and banan's cases he's done the exact thing - aka removed 2 ppl from the game using silence spells and then removed spells from offline characters.
3. He performed multiple login - used a bot character to talk in chat and try to provoke me, removed my depers ( which btw he doesnt kno , might b for a certain offense) - he wasnt using novice helper for any kind of work purposes and treats multiloging as a legal activity , which it isnt ...
4. As far as i know depers isnt forbidden first of all and even if it is it isnt for vorlon to remove the punishment bcz he doesnt kno the circumstances , has nothing to do with mod or security depts ( and here we cant' deny simply bcz he doesnt speak english) and MAIN thing is that he removed it for his personal pleasure AKA anoying me.

1. For that word silence spell is approved. I would give 3 days, not one.
2. Please include facts of that happenings so we could study each case. He didn't removed babanas silence he just changed it acording to prices.
3. I will see work logs according to that date and investigate the case.
4. No comments. If he would place a depersonalize spell on you in order to annoy you you could complain. But in this case he did the right thing.

I an saying this not to be on anyone's side i believe that novice helper can't fight but he has 1 loss. I find that a bit wierd
