Fight Club’s Laws

Dear players! Before composing a complaint, please familiarize yourself with the sections of this topic, which are listed below. When examining the complaints, the employees of the Paladins Complaints Department will imply that you are familiarized with them.

I. Introduction.

We ask you to kindly read or re-read all of the normative documents on the question that you need (even if it seems that you know all of them by heart, in order to execute the content it wouldn’t be redundant to refresh its text in your memory).

II. Form.

We try to be maximally precise and attentive while examining the complaints of every player. In the meantime we can’t help but point out that the complaint that has been precisely and correctly frees the employees of the PCD from “deciphering” your messages, and, therefore leaves the possibility of our wrong interpretation of your thoughts out.

Format of the Complaint on the Paladin’s actions is the following:

1. Exact nickname of the Paladin (please provide the link with the character sheet in this line if you can) If you are unaware of the Paladin’s nickname, simply point that out.
2. The essence of the complaint (as brief as possible).
Example: casting of silence, chaos, blocking etc.
3. The basis of the complaint along with the proof of your innocence.
We ask you to make the complaint as brief as possible, without unnecessary emotionality. If you were provoked to violate the Laws of FC, we remind you that you are the only one responsible for the actions of your character.

III. Complaint Types.

1. Complaints on the casting of silence and forum silence spell.

2. Complaints on the depersonalization, Chaos aligning and character blocking.

The execution of this kind of complaints is possible only after sending the application for removing  Chaos alignment or the unblocking of the character in their specialized section. http://newcapital.combats.com/forum.pl?id=1144159009&n=jeremiad .

3. Complaints on the actions of moving the topics.

This type of complaints in case of absence of the use of the punishment for the violation of the forum interaction rules is not to be examined and satisfied.

4. Complaints on the actions of Paladins as players of the Fight Club.

These complaints (if the actions of the Paladins are not the violation of the Laws of FC) are not examined.

Notes:

a) The casting of Silence spell (in-game/ability). The Paladin (as a player) can and has all the rights to cast the in-game Silence spell on you for the period of 15, 30 and 60 minutes.

b) Attacking (simple, bloody attack, incurable bloody attack) in the in-game ability which is available for any player. It is your right to ask the Paladin about the reason of his attacking you, and, at the same time, it’s Paladin’s right not to explain the reason to you.

IV. Providing the proofs and explainations.

1. The complaints are accepted directly from the victim. The exclusion is made for the complaints, which cannot be sent directly by player due to the blocking of his character.

2. When sending the complaint, it is a very good idea to remember that the calumny and deception of the Paladin are punished with all of the strictness of the Fight Club’s Law.

3. The proof of your innocence from the preliminary applied accusation of violation of the rules of interation in the chat can only be a screenshot (graphic copy of the screen) of the chat capturing the period of ±5-10 minutes since the moment of the assumed violation. If all of the messages in the chat don’t fit in one screenshot, the you need to make and store several of them in a way that the information on them wouldn’t have “crossed over” (e.g., the end of one screenshot is to suit the beginning of the next one).

b) We accept for the examination only the screenshots of the following format:
- Full-color JPЕG (JPG);
- The quality of JPЕG mustn’t be lower than 80 %;
- The zoom of JPЕG mustn’t be lesser than 100 %.

4. Text logs (e.g. text copies of messages in the chat) are not considered as a proof.

5. The messages containing the text that violates the FC Laws are to be removed with casting of the corresponding Forum suspension spell.

ATTENTION! This description also concerns the quotation of one’s own and another person’s phrases with the violation of the interaction rules. If you need to quote them, make a screenshot of the chat and, after the preliminary processing described at point 3 of this Clause, provide us with it.

V. Examination of Complaints

1. Every complaint is examined only once. All of the discussions concerning the complaint after receiving an answer to it is considered as flood in the Paladins work topic and is punished correspondingly. The second examination of the complaint is possible only in case if the additional proofs of your innocence were found.

2. The complaints on the employees of the Paladin Complaint Department are examined by the Coordinator or the head of the PCD in accordance with the Coordinator’s possible organizational orders.

2 - I aksed him to help me. The help consist in : Mr-Erkan got chaos for 1 week for illegal language use so I asked him to withdraw Mr-Erkans chaos coz I have deal with him so he must give me cr at 21/05/2006 so I asked him to withdraw chaos for 5 minutes to Mr-Erkan back me money and close our deal so he said me "Chaos is for 6 days wait till end and close it" and I asked "please only for 5 minutes and after this put it again" he said I conno't put again for same time what it was and I don't help people like you" and after this I said him "whataver do what you want but paladins must help" and he called me "dumb"  and after I told him again "Paladins must be exemple to people" and he told me he will not help me so I said "ok whataver" so I goes off after I come in NC  at 23:20 I think he attacked me with bloody attack and he told me coz I talked with him bad and he maked me major injury so who is him now ? I am not first person who get attacked by him for no reason he just abusing with his power for own interests I got attacked by him second time!!!!! I don't maked screens but how I know admins have all information what people talk in private and in main chat so you can ask them and see !!!!  I am just tired of this things NewCapital haven't good paladins (not all) to do her job and to punish people who make bad things and will be all good in our city!!! So I ask to ask screens and see what he writed to me and to punish him with withdrawing her title of paladin coz paladins must help not attack and put silence/chaos for no reason. Please see the problem and do you'r job.

Paladins are just normal players, they can attack with bloody attacks or attack in CS. Their job is to guard the law not to take of chaos for 5 minutes. You will wait till the chaos is gone. Paladins aren't bots, they are people like you, And they can do everything a normal player can (if it's not against the law).

i want to make a complaint about the paladin "Ellara"....i loaned "Steppenwolf" 30cr for a week and wrote our deal in the forum. i loaned him the money...then he said to me that he wanted to start again so he could not pay the loan. HE wanted to send his stuff in return for not paying the loan..he also told me that i could sell all of his stuff....."Ellara" said that she would block me if i did not explain this deal to her..so i did as i have just explained above. she did not believe any of this and told me that i had to give him all the stuff back and 4.9cr. i have also got loans to pay and should not of been robbed...the reason i had to do this is because....19:21 [Ellara] private [Iconic_Mage] it was probably an attempt to fool paladins, there were no loans...u gave him 30 cr., and 5 minutes later he bought a sword and transferred it to u..  then she said....19:22 [Ellara] private [Iconic_Mage] discussion is over, I'm not going to listen to ur fairy tales anymore....I told u what to do..........i think this is VERY unfair and wrong she made me do this because she THOUGHT i was lying. http://newcapital.combats.com/forum.pl?id =1129137759&n=klans&p=6 as you can see it was Steppenwolf who wanted it this way and "Ellara" is wrong and i want to know how this can be fixed. i was robbed! thanks for listening..i am not a cheat!

I'm "cronos_h", and i want to know why i got silence. The Raven Jr paladin put silence on me. It's because of "booorin..." - that means boooring, and i saw ppl who write "booooooooooooring" and they did not get silence for flooding.

2. He attacked me because he thought i was jackaling, Master Storm said i wasnt guilty, I asked Vorlon why he attacked he didnt answer (he said i dont talk to jackals).
After this he attacked me again. And again he did not answer. I dont see a reason why he injured me. I cant play for 24 hours now and i still dont have a feasible reason
