Complaints > Terex blocking people, and not leting them finish their deals 

Yesterday character "crazy russians" was blocked. I loaned him 25 cr. When he got chaos i waited till it would end, but what to do now? I know, that we can't change anything now, but i just wonder, maybe you could wait till the player you block finshes his deals?
