I think penny needs to not be a plaidain because all he does is goes arround and attks people that are a lower lvl than he is i have been attked 11 times by him in the last 2 dayse i have gotten 5 injuries 3 minor and 2 major i am sick of him thinking he can just attk people for no reason

Penny attked me again when i was drunk and dident notice a fight commentary that said no 2 swords but i accedentaly joined with 2 and i have said it before

I am not a jackal, i did not offend anyone from the Order, i have never had any  problems with the Order before that. So what was the reason? It was this fight:

Terex and I were in different teams. He did a lot of damage (more specifically 2295hp) with his new set, so if he would have won, he would have gotten VEEEERY big exp. Fortunately, or unfortunately, in my team was crsh, with the same set as Terex.

After seeing that fighting fairly he could not win, he DEMANDED that i should hit him, so he could get manuevres from me and possibly win and get a lot exp.

after this I have a few questions- are paladins gods? must we obey EVERY order they give us? If a paladin orders me to hit him and thereby to help him win, should i do it?

Would seems that the answer should be "yes",  as he is THE PROTECTOR OF LAWS...... and has many bloody spells available...

Sorry, Terex, but I will still act as is best for my team and not you!!! Wanna injure me again for that- you are welcome... if paladins act like this, and this is normal, i do not want to fight and belong to this city anymore, so you can injure me as many times as you want...

P.s feel free to post any other similar situations here... but ONLY WITH PROOF!! (or you could also get attacked :( )

I think it is incorrect, because it was not used towards any individual (group of individuals - in particular black ppl). Moreover, there was no offensive cause carried by it and the conversation was between individuals who live in the us-uk (me and HIM13) which implies more modern trends in spoken english.

I cant agree much to scorp's post above but would also like to add that any discussion with Terex ends up with his attacks (Such as the case when he attacked me after i mentioned paladins use the bug with attacks in ToD) or threats of them (Such as the one just after i had my silence:

Taking necessary parts to create wrong opinion is wrong way.

I do not exactly want to read in russian neither am i expected to obey anything that isnt hosted on newcapital.combats.com server. Our town had always had different laws to rus FC due to extreme cultural diversity of the town, which in this case is neither respected nor known by the paladin. Words like "it's in russian atm, but you know it" do not, under any circumstances reflect the right attitude for a paladin and are unacceptable both as a way of quoting a law and as a way of providing the legal base to any player.

Paladin CAN NOT and MUST NOT answer complaints which have anything to do with his actions - please respect the FC laws and FC players, allthough we all know u dont.
In addition - many of us know that new Head Paladin's knowledge of FC laws isn't exactly deep and , in this case, you are simply trying to keep yourself out of trouble by using this fact - it is both extremely sad and quite silly especially if it's 2 ex paladins with considerably better knowledge of laws then yours.

But listing your points in complaint forum is not necessary as there is a format of complaint. Follow it please.

1. Racism and nationalistic behavior is punished with 24 hours of silence.
combats.com is an international game and that's why laws are made to protect interests of all nations here.
2. Terex had all rights to answer a complaint about silence spell prooving it with posted law, adding that supremes answer will be posted here.
My decisions are based on written laws of the game, so you can leave all your doubts about my competence.
He didn't have the right to delete complaint about attack, but i want to remind you that it is not administrative punishment and can be used without reports to me.

I just got a Forum sillence not to long ago for speaking bad words in russian ! ... I never speak russian useing bad words, so if you wanna keap on trying keap doing that you think i dont know that fake screen shots can be made, dont think that you are to smart around here i dont drop names but i know who ! So, It was a dialog in common chat about jackals. Almost all men were against me, because I (3-d lvl) was againt 7-th lvl in battle with comments wooden.

And one 8-lvl char primeced me a problems. And he interfered in my battle

Than I hit and died immediately.

Of course paladin understood that it was a joke, and said about it. He didn't want to see me at the chat and need a reason to take me a silence. But if you don't like jackals its not a reason to use paladins buttons.

It doesn't matter whether it was meant to be a joke or not. Laws of fight club prohibit staging fight with any result but draw.
