The player didn't mention the exact time when he is supposed to give you the 400 cr. Moreover, he is still level 7, therefore you will have to wait for him to get level 8 first. If he will refuse to pay at that time, please re-submit a complaint.

In the screens i see you talk either about ECR, either about cr. But finally, as you wrote in your complaint too (400 cr), you decided to talk about credits and not eurocredits.
