Player has already chaos for illegal financial activity. How do you expect him to pay the debt back to you. Please next time try to check deals of the players u make deals with, to avoid having a deal with a cheater.

If player will agree to return all debts, his chaos will be released and he will be able to return you the money.

Character is blocked for being a mult for another character. At the moment he hasn't proved that the punishment is wrong, so there is no chance to take your credits/items back.

Please next time be more careful with chosing the persons you are making deals with.

Please resubmit application if character will be unblocked.
